Investigating and implementing avenues to positively impact the human body has been Kristin's life-long passion both personally and professionally. She has been working in the field of Health and Fitness for over 30 years. As an athletic teenager, she was inspired by an episode of Highway To Heaven about how a dedicated Physical Therapist enabled an injured competitive athlete to overcome his debilitating physical and emotional traumas and she knew that was the gift she wanted to give to others. While still in high school, Kristin volunteered as a Physical Therapy Aid, began training competitively in bodybuilding and got her first certification in Personal Training. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology and moved to Boulder where she continued her career in Personal Training while attending the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. For the past 20+ years, Kristin has been combining her Sports and Orthopedic Massage skills with her Exercise Physiology background to help clients achieve their physical wellness goals.
